Who Is Responsible
The Nimbus entity handling your inquiry or order is responsible for the related personal data. The US entity is Nimbus Suspensions Inc., 2000 PGA Blvd, Suite 4440, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33408, USA. EU, UK, Monaco, and French-storefront activity may be handled by NIMBUS SUSPENSIONS, SASU, ZA Perbost Nord, Perbost, 31800 Labarthe-Inard, France.

Information We Collect
When you contact Nimbus, join a waitlist, or place an order, we may collect your name, contact details, country, vehicle, configuration, message, consent record, and order or support information. Stripe processes the payment details needed for a transaction; Nimbus does not receive your complete card number.
Limited technical information such as IP address, browser details, security logs, and page requests may be processed to operate and protect the site.
When you sign up for the newsletter, the signup also records your approximate location (country, region, and city, estimated by our hosting provider’s network edge from your connection; your IP address is not stored with it), your browser language and time zone, your device type, the page where your visit started, the referring site (domain and path only), how many pages you viewed, up to ten recently viewed pages, the time spent on them, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We use this to write to you in the right language and to understand how visitors find Nimbus.
How and Why We Use It
We use personal data to answer requests, confirm fitment, operate waitlists, process and support orders, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and provide warranty or after-sales service. Contract, pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent provide the applicable basis, depending on the purpose.
Aether updates and other marketing messages require your consent and include an unsubscribe link.
Service Providers and Transfers
Nimbus personnel who need the data may access it. We also use Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Supabase for application storage, GoHighLevel for customer follow-up, Postmark for transactional email (order and request confirmations, and internal notifications about your request), and Bento for the newsletter and other consented email. Bento may also send some transactional email.
Some providers, including Postmark in the United States, may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where data crosses national borders, Nimbus relies on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework) and the provider’s contractual commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and Security
Inquiry and waitlist records are kept until consent is withdrawn or, without an active relationship, for three years after the last contact. Order and warranty records are kept for the contractual relationship and then for the period required by accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Technical and security logs are generally kept for no longer than twelve months unless an incident requires longer preservation.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Cookies
The site does not currently load audience analytics or set analytics cookies. It may use storage that is strictly necessary for security and requested functions.
If Nimbus adds audience analytics later, we will update this policy and add the required consent controls before those tools load.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@nimbus-suspensions.com to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity.
EU residents may also complain to their local data-protection authority. French residents can contact the CNIL.
Updates
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. The site and its products are not directed to anyone under 18.
