Who Is Responsible
The Nimbus entity handling your inquiry or order is responsible for the related personal data. The US entity is Nimbus Suspensions Inc., 2000 PGA Blvd, Suite 4440, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33408, USA. EU, UK, Monaco, and French-storefront activity may be handled by NIMBUS SUSPENSIONS, SASU, ZA Perbost Nord, Perbost, 31800 Labarthe-Inard, France.

Information We Collect
When you contact Nimbus, join a waitlist, or place an order, we may collect your name, contact details, country, vehicle, configuration, message, consent record, and order or support information. Stripe processes the payment details needed for a transaction; Nimbus does not receive your complete card number.
Limited technical information such as IP address, browser details, security logs, and page requests may be processed to operate and protect the site.
When you sign up for the newsletter, the signup also records your approximate location (country, region, city, time zone, and continent, estimated by our hosting provider’s network edge from your connection; your IP address is not stored with it), your browser language and time zone, your device type, the page where your visit started, the referring site (domain and path only), how many pages you viewed, up to ten recently viewed pages, the time spent on them, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We use this to write to you in the right language and to understand how visitors find Nimbus.
How and Why We Use It
We use personal data to answer requests, confirm fitment, operate waitlists, process and support orders, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and provide warranty or after-sales service. Contract, pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent provide the applicable basis, depending on the purpose.
Aether updates and other marketing messages require your consent and include an unsubscribe link.
Service Providers and Transfers
Nimbus personnel who need the data may access it. We also use Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Supabase for application storage, GoHighLevel for customer follow-up, Postmark for transactional email (order and request confirmations, and internal notifications about your request), and Bento for the newsletter and other consented email. Bento may also send some transactional email.
Some providers, including Postmark in the United States, may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where data crosses national borders, Nimbus relies on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework) and the provider’s contractual commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and Security
Inquiry and waitlist records are kept until consent is withdrawn or, without an active relationship, for three years after the last contact. Order and warranty records are kept for the contractual relationship and then for the period required by accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Technical and security logs are generally kept for no longer than twelve months unless an incident requires longer preservation.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Cookies
When advertising measurement is on, Nimbus sends page visits and saved inquiry events to Meta. Meta receives connection data such as your IP address and browser information, and an ad click identifier when present. On nimbus-suspensions.com, measurement can also use the X (formerly Twitter) pixel. When it does, X receives page visits, including the address of the page, Aether waitlist sign-up events, connection data such as your IP address and browser information, and an X ad click identifier when present. Our measurement code does not send names entered in forms, email addresses, telephone numbers or messages.
If you visit from the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Monaco, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar or a French overseas territory, or if we cannot determine your country, measurement starts only after you accept, and we remember your choice for 180 days. Elsewhere on nimbus-suspensions.com, it is on by default, and a refusal stays in place on this browser until you change it. Use Ad measurement, at the bottom of the page, to refuse or withdraw permission at any time. We remember an acceptance for 180 days. With permission, the first campaign labels and ad click identifier captured in this tab are kept for up to seven days and attached to an inquiry you submit. Refusal or withdrawal clears saved campaign and click data and stops future events. A flag containing no identifiers remains until the tab closes to prevent expired or cleared attribution from being restored. Returning to a tagged URL does not renew the seven-day window. It cannot recall data already sent to Meta or X. Meta processes received data under its own privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/, and X under its privacy policy at https://x.com/en/privacy. Measurement availability depends on the site you visit. Essential storage for requested functions remains separate. A random request identifier may be kept in this tab to prevent duplicate inquiry submissions; it does not contain your contact details.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@nimbus-suspensions.com to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity.
EU residents may also complain to their local data-protection authority. French residents can contact the CNIL.
Updates
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. The site and its products are not directed to anyone under 18.
