IMPROVED GRIP & TRACTION

Nimbus provides exceptional grip and traction by incorporating softer damping during compression-damping transitional phases. This results in efficient filtering and significant dampening of minor road imperfections.

HEIGHTENED SENSITIVITY

Air provides a progressive absorption curve, with heightened sensitivity at the beginning of the stroke (providing a cushion-like effect), and gradually becoming firmer the more you push.

ADJUSTABLE SETTINGS

NO BOTTOMING OUT

Using air improves the curve of absorption. Conventional metal spring shocks have a constant (linear) curve, while oleo-pneumatic shocks are more adaptive. Our progressive curve ends in a straight line, meaning you won’t bottom out

There is sometimes a bit of confusion between air suspensions and oleo-pneumatic suspensions, and that's natural. Let us explain and clear up this ambiguity.

Oleo-pneumatic suspensions do not allow the car to be raised or lowered at the push of a button, or at least not ours. It is the air suspensions that do that.

Our suspensions are oleo-pneumatic, meaning they use a technology invented over a century ago, which provides superior comfort compared to traditional air suspensions, while also improving overall efficiency, increasing grip, enhancing energy transfer to the ground, and reducing body roll without sacrificing reliability.

When you place an order with us, we ask about the specifications of your Jeep, the modifications you've made to it, your driving preferences, and how you generally use it (trails, steep paths, etc.).

Based on this information, our technical team will design a set of 4 suspension combinations exclusively tailored to you and your Wrangler or Gladiator.

And when we say "meticulously handcrafted," we mean it in practice.

We produce over 80% of the parts needed to manufacture your vehicle's future suspensions ourselves, all in our factory in France.

Like your Jeep, our suspensions are tested under the most challenging conditions.
